When i made a call to them regarding my monetary loss, they said "oh well, we made our commission" and hung up the phone. I have received foul and extremely offensive emails from / name removed /. ![]() I am completely devasted as to the work ethics this company goes by. I was charged 15% or $200 whichever is greater they say. They are just a small group of "dregs" who work in a small office out of cubicles. Every person i have spoke to is a senior sales exec. I have dealt with / name removed / and danielle cunningham. If you try to call and complain your call will be filtered back into the dc office. ![]() They create a false one on behalf of the seller. I have seen other reports of shill bidding, cannot confirm that is the case, but I wouldn't put it past them.I have heard of the buyers being scammed. I only found out after emailing 4 times, then calling them. They didn't even email or call me to tell me my dispute was rejected. Please avoid this company at all costs as their communication skill are dismal. I can only hope my bank takes my side in the claim. I have now submitted a dispute with my bank and will be sending a letter to the BBB, FTC and my state attorney general to lodge formal complaints against this company. They still stood by their decision and denied my return. If I were to try and charge each unit for the 3 hours advised in the instruction manual, and charged them 24 hours a day, it would take me over 62 days to finish charging them! At that point I would assume they would tell me that it is well past the return window and they cannot be sure that I didn't damage the items myself. When I contacted them, they advised me I would need to send a video of each defective item to receive a refund for each one. I tested 14 more and none of them worked. When I opened one to test out the quality, it would not charge. Most of the items I received were still in the plastic wrapping. ![]() The condition was listed as "shelf-pulls" which they define as merchandise never purchased from a store and pulled off the shelf. I purchased 498 Taotronics Soundliberty 97,95 and 92 earbuds from. I called to dispute again and the customer service lady cussed me out and hung up on me because I wanted to talk to a manager about the accuracy of their descriptions. These were complete lies! I opened claims for both pallets and they were denied because they said they were salvaged and that means they can be garbage and slashed, but no where anywhere does it mention that and the fact that is says great for resellers is an absolute lie in itself. Nope they are just completely different sizes (ex: Right side is a 9 and left size is a 5.5). You cant use that for resell, or for parts! When they say mis matched, that to me means that the other match is in the box they just didn't put everything together. These pallets are literal GARBAGE! Over 50% of the shoes were slashed. This time I ordered 2 pallets equaling too much money! These were salvaged pallets but the description claimed they were great for resellers, and they might have mis matched shoes, some damages, and could be good for parts. I had ordered from them in the past and had no issues so I felt okay ordering again.
